  • Do you operate 24 hours?
    Yes, for customer support (clients with a booking reference) we operate 24 hours a day 365 days a year. If you wish to make a booking you can reach us by Phone, Email or WhatsApp during our normal working hours: 07934 921 917 9am - 6pm - 7 days a week. Please note: Very often we will respond to WhatsApp messages and emails outside our working hours. All bookings have a minimum 24 hour / 1 day lead time. If you require an urgent booking, please call and we will see if this can be accommodated.
  • Do you allow smoking and vaping in your vehicles?
    Smoking and Vaping in our taxis and private hire vehicles is strictly prohibited. If you feel the need to have a short stop for a smoke or vape please have a friendly word with your driver who will do there best to accommodate.
  • Taxi Transfer Communication
    You can expect to receive the following communication from us when you make a booking, not all statuses will be sent to you if they are not required: Booking Unconfirmed (Bookings are generally confirmed within 2.5 hours) day and night Booking Confirmed Booking Assigned (Booking assigned to a driver) Driver On Route Driver Arrived Job Completed Job Cancelled
  • Hotel & Car Rental Booking
    Booking any of our 2.5 Million Hotels, B&B's, Cottages and Hostels is very easy - this can be done by Phone 07934 921 917, Email or WhatsApp: 07934 921 917 If you booked hotel accommodation or car rental with us you will be emailed a booking reference number and your car or stay details will include everything you need to know. If you need to cancel your booking please get in touch by email or phone and we will gladly assist. Please be aware we can only cancel bookings within your cancellation period. This will be communicated to you when you book.
  • Airline Tickets
    You can book with over 300 airlines on GoBy. Our travel experts can quote you on flights quickly. Simply call us on 03333 395 585 or WhatsApp your enquiry to the same number. Every booking has a dedicated travel agent to oversee your booking from start to return.
  • Can I pay cash or card in the vehicle for taxi transfers?
    No. GoBy do not offer in vehicle payment for transfers. All payments are made in full at the point of booking. We do offer accounts for company's subject to status. Please get in touch if you require a company account. If you have booked us for a local taxi ride and booked by phone, we maybe able to offer you in car cash/card payment. This will be confirmed at the point of booking.
  • How do I pay in 4 payments with ClearPay Instalments?
    If your transfer is over £200 you can choose this option. Please contact us on 07934 921 917 or via WhatsApp. We will manually create your booking and send you an invoice. When you receive the invoice you can choose to pay with ClearPay. You will be redirected to them in order to complete the application.
  • Gift Cards
    If you have purchased a gift card of any value this can be redeemed over the phone, when booking on WhatsApp or booking by email. Gift cards are only valid for hotel stays and exclude flights, taxi transfers and car rental at this time. Example: Gift card balance £25 hotel stay £100 the balance payment of £75 will need to be paid by debit or credit card, another gift card balance. You can use the gift card balance toward the deposit on a stay as well. Any questions please email:
  • Using discount vouchers
    Occasionally we run promotional vouchers. If you have a discount code this can be redeemed by Phone, Email or WhatsApp when booking. Simply quote the discount code you have. Telephone & WhatsApp: 07934 921 917 Email:
  • Are you fully licenced?
    Yes, at GoBy all our taxi transfer suppliers are fully licenced, DBS checked and hold the correct vehicle and public liability insurances required.
  • I'm unsure of the full address of my destination
    Please input as much information as possible. If we require more information than you have supplied we will give you a call or email to discuss further.
  • I need to contact you regarding a transfer
    We will always do our very best to help. You can reach us on: 07934 921 917 you can also WhatsApp message us on the same number.
  • I need to cancel my booking, how do I do this?
    Please email or call us on 07934 921 917 to make this cancellation. Please have your booking reference number ready. Refunds typically take 5-7 days to process back to the original payment method.
  • How do I pay?
    We have several payment options available. Payment for flights, car rental and taxi transfers is made in full at the point of booking. If booking accommodation we can usually accept a 10% deposit and the balance 7 days before your trip. We accept all major debit and credit cards via our payments partner Square and Sum Up, and secure links can be sent via text or email if you prefer this to paying over the phone.
  • How many countries do you operate in?
    GoBy operates in the United Kingdom and can book hotels worldwide - We can provide Airline Tickets, Hotel Stays, Taxi Transfers and Car Rental.
  • Minimum booking time 1 days before travel
    We operate a minimum 24 hour / 1 day booking time frame. This means you must book at least 1 day before your transfer. In the event of an urgent transfer requirement please Call, WhatsApp or Email us. We maybe able to accommodate your request.
